Everyone can easily create a free Figma account! 

Whether you want to access the app through a browser or download the Figma desktop app, once you have created your account, you can easily start your design process. So, let’s find out how to set up your Figma account and log in to Figma.

The process of creating an account is extremely simple – everyone can set up their free Figma account. So, here are the steps to create a Figma account to start using this UI design software:

1. Access the Figma website or go through the Figma download process. It can be downloaded on laptops – Windows and macOS – and on mobile devices – Android and iOS.
2. Click on the SignUp button in the top right corner
3. Enter your email address and password, or continue using your Google account.
4. Verify your account using the email that Figma sent you. 
5. Go back to the app and start your Figma login process. 

Once you have completed the signup process, Figma will automatically redirect you to the file browser. Here, you can access an unlimited number of files in the Drafts folder, access the teams that you’re in, and the Figma Community. This is where you can also upgrade your Figma pricing plan from Starter (free) to paid Professional and Organizational plans to collaborate with multiple people while using this UI design software.

You can log in to Figma software either through the Figma website or the Figma app. If you have multiple accounts and pricing plans, you can quickly switch between them. However, this UI design software limits you to a maximum of 10 Figma accounts at a time. 

There are three ways to Figma Login: email address and password, Google Sign-in, or third-party identity provider (SAML SSO). All methods are available for any method or device: Figma website browser, Figma desktop app, and Figma app (iOS and Android). 

So, here are the steps to log in on Figma:

1. Access the Figma website or Figma app
2. Click on the Log In button in the top right corner
3. Choose your authentification option and enter your details: enter your email address and password, click on Continue with Google, or click on Login with SAML SSO. 
4. Access your Figma account by clicking on the Log In button.

If you want to use multiple accounts for the Figma software, it’s simple! Figma allows you to switch between a maximum of 10 accounts at a time – without having to log out and in every time. To add another Figma account, just open the account menu by clicking on your avatar and then simply select the “Add Account” button. From there, you will go through the same Figma login process as you did initially. 

Once authenticated, Figma will automatically close the browser tab that was opened for the Figma login process and return you to the Figma app. Now, you can see your accounts in your Account Menu from the navigation bar and select which one you want to access. 

If you have an Organization or Enterprise Figma pricing plan, you can set a login and authentification method that applies across the entire company using Figma. The available authentication methods are: 

• Members may log in with any method, including email and password (default);
• Members must log in with a Google account;
• Members must log in with SAML SSO.

So, here are the steps to setting up the Figma login and authentication method:

1. Open the organization in the Figma Software
2. Click on the Admin button in the sidebar navigation
3. Select the Settings option
4. You will see a section for Login and Provisioning – where you will select the Authentication option
5. Simply select your desired method
6. Once you click on the “Done” button, the Figma login and authentication method will automatically update across the entire company.
